For those of you who do not know, yep I did it! I am home schooling my kids now. Nitro is doing SO much better and I love it. I love to teach. I love to have my kids with me. I love to see them learning. I love that we are done with school in 4 hours. I love that I am building a very confident young boy who is now seeing how fun learning can be!
You may question me, you may even think I am crazy... Well, most of the time I am. But when it comes to my desicion on this one topic I have searched out the Lord and it seems we ae on the same page this time. Now if he can just help me get organized!

I am excited for you. Recognizing when your kids need you and what they need just proves you are a SUPER mom! Good luck to you. I am sure it will be great...just like everything you do. :)
It takes a lot of courage and focus to make unconventional decisions! So often the answer from above is not the first thing we come up with, but is always the right thing to do!!! You are a wonderful teacher and your kids are so blessed.
Go Tag! And Chels! So thrilled for your decision!
Good job! Please let me know if you need any help...support...whatever! A big white board helped me stay organized. And unless you have a room devoted to homeschooling, give up any decor ideas, it will be educational posters, maps, and books and papers, everywhere!
by the way, you have an amazing body, I don't think you'll ever deal with my mess to the extent I am!
You go girl. NO one can decide for what is the best for your family.
I love you.
Way to go! Hope it all works out for you guys!
I am proud of you Chels for doing what is best for your family! And the only reason I think you are crazy is because you have me as a friend ;)
Way to go! Isn't it great to be on the same page as the Lord? It doesn't get better than that! :)
I have home schooled my three kids since "birth", and I love it. I will say it is hard and there are some days I wonder why I am doing this as it seems they don't care, yet I would never change it. My oldest will be starting BYU high school in the fall. Your family will be blessed by your decision.
Yay, Chelsea! I tried to email you a couple of weeks ago when Devri told me, but I guess I had the wrong email or something. I'm always excited to have another homeschooling buddy in the world. We have sure LOVED it! Let me know if you have any questions or just want to chat!

I think that is so awesome what you are doing for Tagen and Jasea. I know they'll be so grateful later on for all of the time and effort and the things you are teaching them. The things you are doing for them will be priceless! You guys are such a cute family!
Wow, that is brave. And very cool. Good luck. I hope you just love it.
Oh, and I don't think I know anyone more organized than you are.
WOW, I'm so excited for you!
I homeschooled all 5 of my kids! I've been where you are!
It's tough, but so worth it in the end!
Kudos to you my dear!
