Spiritual Sunday

My family and I prayed tonight with only
THANKFUL
hearts as I learned today that we need to do this more oft than not.
What did it do for us?
It got us out of pattern praying.
I believe that God likes to hear that we are grateful for all the trials and triumphs that we are given.
You and I know that we are never given anything that we can not handle and God is with us every step of the way.
Here are a few things that I am so thankful for.

-MY ROMANTIC HUSBAND... Brought home flowers this week to thank me for all I do. He is so sweet. I love you James.

-MY BAKING... Yes, I love to bake. I just had to document this as I used to work at Mrs. Powell's 18 years ago. I collected many useful tricks from that fun little bakery and I can make a mean CINNAMON ROLL. My little ones love them! (Secretly they got the smallest ones. Shhh)My Hubby devours them. I might show all my friends a trick or two someday!

-MY BACK ROW FRIENDS... Yes, you know who you are. Looking so cute, singing so well, making great comments and saying great prayers. You all are great.

-MY AWESOME RS TEACHER FOR TODAY... YES, all of them are outstanding but, today I am thankful for this one because she kept asking WHY?

-MY ABILITY TO DO THIS... YES, I am not a pro or anything but it is FUN! (watch below)

-HIS ABILITY TO DO THIS....YES, he is not a pro either but, Dang we have fun! (Watch below)

-MY SWEET CHILDREN WHO ARE GROWING TOO FAST... Yes, Lala is only 3 and grew 3 1/2 inches in 8 months. Nitro is a growing boy eating me out of home and he is only 6. I need money for both of them for new clothing or just constant hand me downs.

-MY BELIEFS...YES, I believe in God and in Jesus Christ.

I love this post so much! I went home and said a thankful prayer too. It is hard not to ask for things and just be grateful, but so fulfilling. I love all of your things that you were grateful for.

What an awesome post. Friend, you are my ONE! I have loved saying my "Thankful prayers" this week. I feel so much closer to the spirit.

We need to have a baking day, those rolls look yummy, and you are awesome on the wake board, I have witnessed first hand, I feel so sad when you come out of the water shivering like a wet leaf.
